The University Of Livingstonia Cypher 2016 (UNILIA CYPHER) is officially out now with 12 shortlisted emcees. All the selected rappers in this cypher are students of University of Livingstonia (Ekwendeni Campus) in different departments of study and academic levels. These Emcees involved are surely the most prominent, consistent, and promising arts currently at the University and they include the following namely: Ispa, Black-Toxic, Homage, Vanting, High Priest, Chronic, Remnants, Ace Pizzo, Triple OG and V2M Kay.
